In Remembrance...... August 25, 2006 - August 25, 2007
On, Sunday, August 5th, a little after 8pm, we lost another beloved family member, Crosby Lema Kahaunaniohaleakala Kanuha, age 65 from Waihee--who succumbed to his battle with cancer. Crosby was the husband of cousin Pearl Momi Kanuha (daughter of the late Andrew and Victoria Reinhardt Almeida). He is also survived by sons, Lema, Jr.; Analu and Linohau; daughters Kaanoipuaokuupuuwai and Leimomi and families; five grandchildren and one great-grandson; also by brothers Louie and Samson Kanuha and sisters Thelma Faria & Charlotte Kahalewai. I for one, will miss Lema's contagious smile....always his mana`o he stood firm and his aloha, genuine. 'Til we meet again, aloha Lema...rest in peace. Services were held on August 12, 2007 at Ballards Funeral Home, Kahului, Maui, HI.
